Office Based Care
The office is where the majority of our patient care takes place. This allows patient to avoid costly facility and other outside charges. We are equipped to exam, diagnosis and treat 99+% of our new patients in house. Please look at the “service” heading to see the conditions that we care for.
Some of the more common office based services include: corns, calluses, ingrown and infected toenails, plantar fasciitis, gout, warts, steroid injections, orthotics, foot and ankle x-ray exams, and ankle and foot sprains and fractures (we do refer to other providers ankle fractures that require open surgical reduction / fixation).
Outside Facility Based care
The following are the hospital and surgical centers where we provide surgical and other invasive treatments: AMITE ST. JOSEPH HOSPITAL, CHICAGO, ADVOCATE GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL, and ADVOCATED MIDWEST CENTER FOR DAY SURGERY IN DOWNERS GROVE, AND OAKBROOK SURGICAL CENTER, OAKBROOK.
Most of or facility base care is for surgical repair of common foot conditions such as bunions hammertoes, neuroma and bone spurs. For most of our patients, and general anesthetic is not necessary and therefore their facility stay is very short with 4 hours being average. Most patients opt to be sedated prior to local blocks that frequently last several hours after the procedure and lessen the need for long term pain medications
